After you’ve submitted your payment: We will accept requests for Facebook reposts and Twitter retweets as soon as we receive your payment. Email sponsorship@tcvegfest.com with links to the posts or tweets you’d like us to share. The last day for these requests is October 19, 2013.

  • Silver level sponsors: 2 Facebook reposts and Twitter retweets
  • Gold level sponsors: 4 Facebook reposts and Twitter retweets
  • Platinum level sponsors: 8 Facebook reposts and Twitter retweets

October 1, 2013: Complete the exhibitor form if you would like a table at the event.

October 7, 2013: Black and white ad due for the event program in EPS or Adobe Illustrator format. So that you have a sense of the dimensions, we’ll be sizing the ad to fit on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper with 1 inch margins. Email your ad to sponsorship@tcvegfest.com.

October 23, 2013: Items for the swag bag handed out to guests at Twin Cities Veg Fest must be received by this date. Please send 1000 of (each of) your items.
