Sponsorship is a great way to get your brand name in front of an interested audience. Last year’s event attracted over 1,200 people and we got incredible feedback from our attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. Of the 400+ attendees we surveyed, 99% said they’d come back in 2013!

This year, the festival will take place on the University of Minnesota campus while school is in session. We expect over 1,500 people to show up for this event! As a sponsor, your logo and website will be promoted through our website, our Facebook page, and in our event program. At higher levels we’ll also include your logo in our printed advertising materials.

You’ll also get a table at the event where you can talk to people one on one, offer product samples, and spread the word about your brand. Sponsorship sends a strong message of support to the veg-friendly community in the Twin Cities. Finally, sponsors get to provide products and/or literature that will go in the 1,000 gift bags that we will stuff for attendees!

  1. There are only four platinum level sponsorships available.
  2. We will prepare 1,000 swag bags which we hand out to attendees. Items for inclusion in the swag bag should be non-perishable, as these bags will be stuffed several days in advance.
  3. We will print 1,500 programs for the festival.
  4. Compassionate Action for Animals reserves the right to reject any Facebook repost or retweet request that violates the Veg Fest core values.
  5. Sponsor logos will only be included in print materials when size permits. Last year’s print materials included promotional posters, small bookmark-sized flyers, and various print ads. Sponsors were included in the poster and flyer, but could not be included in most print ads.

Swag Bag Sponsor ($150)

As a swag bag sponsor you can provide a single item to be included in the swag bag given out the first 1,000 attendees.

Food Donor

You can also contribute to the festival by donating food. Donated food will be given away to event attendees in sample sizes. The benefits of being a food donor are:

  • We will arrange to distribute your donated food to attendees during the event, either at the CAA table or through another nonprofit exhibitor.
  • You may provide a single promotional item (coupon, flyer, etc.) that we will make available to attendees while distributing your food.
  • We will recognize your donation on the Twin Cities Veg Fest website with a link to your company.
  • You will be recognized in our weekly update email newsletter, which goes out to over 20,000 recipients.
